From March 28 to 29, 2014, the "Same Class Heterogeneity under Flipped Classroom Model" activity sponsored by the Institute of General High School Education of East China Normal University, co-organized by the High School Education Research Branch of Beijing Education Society and hosted by the Affiliated High School of Tsinghua University was held in Tsinghua High School。More than 200 experts and teachers from Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Qingdao and Chongqing participated in the event。

At the summary meeting of "Same class heterogeneity under Flipped classroom Mode" on March 29，Tsinghua High School mathematics teacher Zhang Su, as a representative of the teachers who participated in the heterogeneous activities of the same class, made a speech entitled "Living for teachers and learning"，Talked through this activity，Understanding, experience and suggestions on flipped classroom teaching。Subsequently, Yang Zhenfeng, principal of Shanghai Jianping Middle School, made a report entitled "Thinking and Practice of Flipped Classroom"。In combination with the demonstration class on the 28th and the teaching practice of Shanghai Jianping Middle School, Principal Yang Zhenfeng explained what is flipped classroom, what is flipped classroom, why should the classroom be reversed, how to flip and other questions, and solved everyone's doubts about flipped classroom。Finally, Wang Dianjun, president of the High School Attached to Tsinghua University, made a summary speech, through the comparison of ancient and modern teaching methods, explained the inevitability of the emergence of flipped classroom teaching mode, the change of teaching and learning methods caused by flipped classroom and the significance for future education。(The change of teaching and learning mode caused by flipped classroom and its significance for future education) also deepens the understanding of the new round of education reform caused by flipped classroom。

"Flipped Class" is a term translated from the English word "Flipped Class Model" and is more commonly known as the "flipped class model."。It is different from the traditional classroom teaching model, where the teacher gives the lecture in class, assigns homework and sends the students home to practice。Under the "flipped classroom teaching mode", students complete knowledge learning at home, and the classroom becomes a place for interaction between teachers and students and between students, including answering questions and solving doubts, applying knowledge, etc., so as to achieve better education results。The activity held by the High School Attached to Tsinghua University aims to study the effective implementation of flipped classroom teaching based on the classroom, focusing on flipped, heterogeneous classes and cooperating。
